Fish Livestock Guarantee

We offer a seven day guarantee on all livestock from the time of purchase provided that:

Water quality is appropiate for the specific species purchased.

The conditions of your aquarium are adequate e.g proper filtration, heating, and well maintained equipment

The animals was not introduced to an incompatible tank mate.

All fish are sold under the understanding that we cannot be held responsible for change in conditions induced by improper care or mistreatment after leaving the premises. For this reason our staff will require a seperate sample of your aquarium water for testing, the body of the fish or photographic evidence of mortality and we will ask a few questions about your care and setup.

Without meeting these requirements, we regret we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
