We can't wait to see you!
Our shop may look small from the outside but once you get in you'll be pleasantly surprised by how much there is to see! Dogs are welcome to visit us on leads, but before you come in we would appreciate it if you familiarise yourself with some house rules we've put in place to keep our animals and other visitors safe and happy--these can be found a bit further down this page.
In addition to dogs we also welcome any well-behaved animals on site: we've famously been visited by the most wonderful pet sheep called Tulip on a lead which was the highlight of our year!
For those visiting with dogs
- If your dog has a bite history, please do not visit without prior arrangement. Your dog must wear a muzzle during any visits agreed with staff
- If your dog is nervous-aggressive, has ever lunged at another dog, person or animal, they must wear a muzzle in-store
- No dogs near our birds or small pets please
- If your dog is over-stimulated and begins barking excessively please put them back in the car as the noise distresses our animals
- Please watch male dogs very closely for marking/urinating. If your dog urinates you must inform a member of staff so we can clean and sanitise the area
Visiting with cats, birds, small mammals & reptiles
You are absolutely welcome to bring along well-behaved and under control cats, pet birds, ferrets, lizards and anything else! Please note that all visitors come at their own risk and we recommend that you have on your person a secure carrier while shopping in case your animal becomes spooked or aggressive unexpectedly.
Please report any accidental pees or poops to staff so we can clean ASAP!
